How big are your cookies?
These aren’t your average little biscuits. Our loaded NYC cookies are big, thick and seriously indulgent, packed with chocolate, fillings and all the good stuff. They typically weight between 130g to 150g.
Can I choose my own flavours?
Absolutely. Build your own box and choose the flavours you’re craving. Go all-in on your favourite or mix things up — your box, your rules.
How should I warm my cookies?
This is where the magic happens.
Pop your cookie in the microwave for around 15–20 seconds until it's warm, soft and deliciously gooey.
You can also pop it into the Air Fryer on 150 degrees for 2 - 3 minutes
Just remember — fillings can get hot, so give it a moment before going face-first into it.
Can I eat them straight from the pack?
Of course. They're delicious as they are, but warming them takes things to another level.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep your cookies in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. If you're saving them for later, you can also freeze them.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Do you deliver throughout New Zealand?
Yes! Sugar Daddy travels.
We ship our cookies throughout New Zealand so you can get your sugar fix delivered straight to your door.
If you are located in Kerikeri or Paihia in the Bay of Islands, we do have same day delivery available on most days.
When do you dispatch orders?
We currently dispatch orders Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We bake in small batches, so your cookies aren't sitting around waiting for someone to love them.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on where you are in New Zealand but we try to get them to you overnight. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on your precious cargo.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we'll send tracking details to the email address you used when ordering.
Then comes the hardest part... waiting.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes. Local pickup is available from Haruru in the Bay of Islands. Select the pickup option when ordering and we'll let you know when your goodies are ready.

Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies contain or may contain common allergens including wheat/gluten, milk, egg, soy, peanuts and tree nuts, depending on the flavour.
Please check the individual product information before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance.

Can you cater for severe food allergies?
Our cookies are prepared in an environment where common allergens are handled, so unfortunately we can't guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
